These were taken 2 months into my workout in 2010, then one of me in Hawaii for R&R with Hubby, 5 months into working out. After that is when it all fell apart and I ripped my Rotary Cuff, 2 places, hurt my Achillies using ankle weights during cardio and walking (huge mistake, don’t ever try that one) And tendonitis in my left elbow.
We all have someone or something as an inspiration for what we do or will do. This person has be come one of my inspirations to get myself back into shape. Fit and 40 with 5

I don’t have 5 kids, only 2, but I am over 40 and I have a similar body type as her old self. So I will keep a follow on her and learn from her.

Before I got hurt, from working out too hard, too fast, I started to look like her after. But I lost my mojo, so to speak as I started to heal and do less work out.
